Aerial Photo & Video
Stunning Imagery from the Top Down
Elevate your listing with dynamic aerial imagery.
With the use of cutting-edge aerial drone and helicopter platforms, give context to your listing’s location.
Specify points of interest, or highlight key features with dynamic, elevated shots. Whether your property sits next to the water, or is 2 miles from it, aerial imagery can make the walk look short.
Process
Whether I am engaging a client for the first time or the 100th time, the most important part of the process is finding out what media assets will be most useful.
If aerial imagery will help showcase your listing’s unique features, I’ll suggest adding it to your order.
-
Fill out the contact form to get in touch, and tell me about your project.
-
At this time, we will check our FAA-issued charts to see if there are any restrictions to flying in your area.
-
Typically, aerial shots are taken last.
I will ask my client or the homeowner to move their car out of the driveway and park at least 5 houses down the street. (We don't want buyers to think there are always cars in the street!)
Once again, we will confirm there are no TFRs (FAA-issued Temporary Flight Restrictions), and we’re off!
I will circle the area with the drone snapping photos. We’ll pick a low angle in the front to hide the busy road in the back and a high angle in the back to show the Gulf of Mexico down the street. Depending on how the client chooses, I will either circle the listing or add some sort of demarcation.

Delivery will be 24 to 48 hours later via email. Scheduling, billing, and delivery is all in one place for added convenience.
Meet Kevin.
Kevin Quick is an architectural photographer from Chicago, Illinois. He has called Sarasota home for 8 years, and, like any midwestern transplant, considers himself to be a born local.
Kevin’s eye for detail and manipulation of light has given him the ability to create images in a variety of styles for many clients. His dedication to his client’s vision is his driving force.
For as long as he can remember, Kevin has been a photographer. His love of imagery took him to DePaul University, where he graduated with honors in the field of Digital Media. After a brief stint producing films for networks like Hulu and Netflix, Kevin decided to throw himself all in to photographing the created space.
